Go to your filing cabinet, find a copy of the application you submitted to your insurance company last year and fax it to our toll-free fax number. We will complete our application with your informartion and then send it to you for your review and signature. Then, when it is time to renew next year, we'll fill out all the same paperwork, call to ask you a few questions and send you the next year's paperwork already completed.
If you don't have last year's application, don't fret. We've put our application online. We know it's not fun, but the good news is that when you fill it out once, you won't have to fill out our application again; we'll complete it every year for you.
